Cancel Order

Orders can be cancelled before the shipment takes place. If there needs to be a modification in the order after payment, please contact us within 12 hours. After the packaging and shipment process has started, no modification or cancellation can be done.

Refund of Order

You can request a refund at anytime if you are not pleased with your products.

You can request for a reshipment or refund within the guaranteed delivery time of 45 days plus 2-5 days of processing. You can request for a new shipment or refund in case of receiving the wrong products. If you do not want the product you've received, please contact us to request a refund but you must return the item at your own expense and the item must be unwrapped and unused.

A refund can not be requested if your order did not arrived due to factors within your own control i.e.:

  • providing wrong shipping address

Or if your order did not arrived yet because of exceptional factors outside the control of i.e.:

  • not cleared by customs
  • delayed because of a natural disaster

After you refund has been approved by us, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 weeks.


Products can only be exchanged if they arrived damaged. Contact us if this is the case.

Do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorized you and gave you the proper instructions.
